For more than 25 years, the USF Muma College of Business Corporate Mentor program has helped students explore career opportunities and develop strategies for their professional, academic, and social success.
The Corporate Mentor Program, which is one of the first of its kind in the southeast, serves as a model for other programs around the country. This program helps first-generation (first in their family to attend a University) juniors and seniors succeed on campus, and transition to a rewarding career.
The mission of the Corporate Mentor Program is to provide first generation business students a capstone experience that is unique and tailored to support their transition into the professional world. Each year over 50 events are provided ranging from networking events, corporate tours, workshops by leaders in professional development, and a wide range of professional etiquette training. -
