Building on the success of last year's event, The Roger Smith Cookbook Conference 2013 again looked to explore the past, present and future of cookbook and recipe content, this time with 32 panels on topics as wide ranging as copyright infringement and religion in cookbooks. The conference sold out with 250+ attendees and the culinary community at large was involved deeply in the event, with speakers such as Bonnie Benwick, Molly O'Neill, Arthur Schwartz, James Peterson and more.
