Important KPIs to track: Deal Slippage: Tracks deals that have moved past their expected close date, highlighting issues in forecasting or execution. Age of deal: How long has the deal been open and also how long in the stage it's in. Pipeline Value: Assesses the total dollar value of all opportunities in the pipeline to gauge potential future revenue. This will allow you to calculate what you need in each stage to hit your revenue target.
