The Lansing Economic Area Partnership, Inc. (LEAP) is a coalition of area leaders committed to building a prosperous and vibrant region where businesses can thrive. Their mission is to position the Greater Lansing region to compete successfully on a national and global scale by building stronger companies and greater communities.

To this end, LEAP decided to move their corporate office into the heart of REO Town - a historic commercial district in Lansing presently experiencing significant revitalization efforts.

To assist with this project, LEAP enlisted the help of WorkSquared - a certified Herman Miller office furniture dealership in Lansing. The space LEAP selected for their new office presented Interior Designer Michelle Collins with an open canvas. This space had beautiful hardwood floors, exposed brick and steel, and very few interior walls.

WorkSquared worked closely with LEAP and helped them articulate a positive and exciting vision for their new home. This vision included health and wellness initiatives (height adjustable tables, monitor arms,ergonomic seating), useful and intuitive collaboration spaces, and impressive conference rooms.

To accommodate their stellar growth, in January of 2014 Dart began the process of seeking out a valued business partner to assist in their efforts to complete a beautiful new corporate headquarters in Mason, Michigan.
