How can you foster open communication in executive meetings to encourage diverse perspectives and ideas?
The key to succcess is making sure everyone understands the discussion, goals have been set and people understand how they articulate their points. If someone has a problem they need to discuss the problem amd possible solutions. If they have ideas for succcess they need to address how it applies to the overall task and how it will be measured.

What do you do if your operational planning is inefficient and you want to leverage technology?
The first step before running out and buying technology, a manager should hit a pause button. Have we looked at our processes, but most importantly have we looked at the relationship management across the team? Once we have met with the team and can identify the actual deficiency, we can then seek the correct technology. Too many companies throw away millions buying the wrong technology, because they did not ask what is happening and why? I always say ask why 5 times, so you get the root cause of the problem and where the breakdown is located. I knew a company once that invested in a new accounting software which was to provide better reporting, but it cost more than one person salary and that much again to stay trained on it.

What are the most effective ways to use feedback for production and quality control optimization?
Actually want to add to this. It is imperative to set these goals and measure them, but also evaluate on a routine schedule if they are collecting the information you need to scale. Many organizations dont do this step and continue gathering useless data and wasting time and money.
