How do you make sure your e-learning courses work everywhere?
If you've got a global audience, you'll want to personalize the program for your local audiences. Language is a huge consideration. Consider course translations BEFORE you start building the first version of your program. If translations are required, design and build with translations in mind so that graphic and text elements are kept separate, you've got enough white space on a screen layout so you don't need to redesign everything when you move into a longer character language, and that the graphics you choose can be globally representative.

We build most of our custom course content using Adapt, an HTML5 responsive elearning framework. One of our clients have called our courses "the gold standard for accessibility" within their global org. Adapt is open source and worth the upskill!
