“From April to September, 2018, Christine worked with us at New Avon. Our team had a tremendous spike in the number of open positions. We were in desperate need of help to maintain our high standards of recruitment. In what is an incredibly complex business to understand, never mind explain to candidates, Christine excelled. In just a few weeks time we had Christine independently managing a full desk. We have never had a remote recruiter before Christine, so this was new to our team and the business. The concerns we had were alleviated with Christine's high performing results. She is collaborative with the business, takes direction well, has a positive attitude and keeps the company's best interest in mind. While I'd love to keep Christine on full-time our business has six months of high volume followed by six months of low volume so it's not feasible at this time in New Avon's journey. I have always found it incredibly difficult to find really good recruiters. It's even harder to find them on a temporary basis. Christine is one of the people you want in either situation on your team.”
