“Cole is probably the best designer I have ever worked with. His artistry, knowledge and passion for his work really shines through in everything he does. Cole's work on the NYPR design system has definitely pushed the boundaries of what we thought was possible. Because of his hard work and leadership, it was possible to rebuild entire websites from the ground up in only a few months using the framework and reusable components he designed and architected. Cole's design decisions are backed by real knowledge and data, and he's always happy to explain in detail why a decision has been made. However, he is very receptive to feedback from others. For example, if I think something could be tweaked to be more performant, he is open to hearing the case and making a design change if needed.
