“Graham worked for me directly on the Accenture Business Analytics team for almost 2 years, supporting our charter to identify trends and drivers in the customer contact center for improvements to customer service. Graham used his technical skills in SQL to extract critical data from our root cause analysis and BI databases for our study on the 18-month (30million interactions) from out contact centers to help identify opportunities to drive out minutes for one of our key communication providers. Graham's analysis was presented to our client in our monthly Call Driver Analysis forums and received of lot of praise from both the client and Accenture Delivery Lead. Graham also led the effort to work with a task force to document the metadata standards of a complex data source containing call records details and cleanse the data for our 15 contact centers using 3 different brands of ACD systems, which allowed us to perform Average Handle Time exception reporting and perform analysis coupling with other core metrics in our Business Objects tool. Overall, to summarize, I have been very impressed with Graham’s problem solving approaches on complex Business Analytics tasks. Graham pays especially close attention to detail and produces results with a high precision of accuracy with a quick turnaround.”
