Jim elevated HR, Recruiting and Facilities at EdgeCast/Verizon Digital Media Services with his passion and vision. He's a professional, analytical and decisive leader. On several occasions, we would listen to an executive explain a complicated situation, and invariably Jim would come up with one sentence to summarize the issue and one more sentence that established a perfect solution. Jim carried us through an acquisition and an office move that were seamless only because he made it that way through sheer force of will. I learned a great deal from Jim and will always value our time together.”
