“I had the pleasure of working with Jim for about a year and a half. I was moved onto a Java modernization team where Jim was an established Lead. My role was Lead also, but my background was with .NET. I was excited about the opportunity to learn and grow, but nervous about the transition to a different technology. Jim eased my apprehension by becoming a mentor. Any time I needed help, Jim would always make time to bring me up to speed, and help me level up quickly. He is incredibly smart, detail oriented, results driven and a team player. Jim would be incredible asset to have on any team. I would personally love to work with him again someday. ”
