“I worked with Jimmy managing final vehicle logistics at Tesla Motors. Working directly with our customers, it was important for my team to have timely, accurate, and responsive updates on vehicle location. Jimmy understood the urgency of these requests and often went the extra mile to ensure our customers had the best experience. Often responses would be required out of normal business hours and Jimmy was always quick to offer his support. If he was working on something, you always knew it would get done. I never worried about my customers that were in Jimmy's hands. Jimmy frequently stepped outside the bounds of his role to support the delivery team. He assisted in directly helping customers at our quarterly delivery events. These company wide efforts ensured our teams quarterly success and were integral in getting our customers on the road.
