ERP Platform Migration and Upgrade

Overview – This project was a three-year project aimed to upgrade and enhance an existing ERP system at Domino’s.
Team Size – 100+
Results – I managed the first phase of the project working directly with the ERP director, and with my involvement we successfully migrated platforms and have a complete design for our development phase of the project. -
Global Store Connectivity

Overview - Design and implementation of a single networking platform for global use in every Domino’s store.
Team Size - 75+
Results - Management of internal teams through a matrix organization and managing several vendors was key to the success of this project. The overall $8MM+ implementation completed ahead of the deadline, on budget. -
Global Online Ordering

Results - Alignment between development teams and infrastructure operations teams, and creation of several projects that were key to the success of this project. To date, the global online ordering solution is used in over 20 international markets. -
Liferay Implementation

Overview – The Liferay project was a reworking of a collaborative environment used by all Domino’s Pizza employees, store and above-store.
Team Size – 15
Results – The Liferay portal was refreshed and is used globally by well over 100,000 people. -
Secondary Datacenter Implementation

Overview - Design and implementation of a secondary datacenter to support Domino’s growing public facing website, which accounts for over 50% of Domestic sales, a growing global presence, and over $2 billion in annual sales.
Team Size - 20+
Results - Management of the vendors, resources, and architecture was performed by myself and the result was a successful deployment that was on-time and within budget -
SharePoint Implementation

Overview - Implementation of a global corporate collaborative portal which met all business stakeholder needs.
Team Size - 5
Results - The result of this project was a fully functional corporate collaborative portal used by the entire company from an above-store level.
