    The Sprout Social All Star Program recognizes our amazing users and brand champions. All Stars are thought leaders in social media and digital engagement. They have grown loyal communities of their own and are a strong asset to ours.

    I am personally working with our All Stars to help ensure they feel supported and heard by Sprout Social. We will help create content to increase adoption and educate clients on topics where they want to learn more about the platform.

    Joe Huber spearheaded the launch of a twitter handle that will create a case anytime someone reaches out for support at Twitter.com/IfbyphoneCST and the Customer Success Team at DialogTech is still monitoring and responding to support cases related to the handle.

    The twitter handle officially begin announcing some service hours (open and close) on January 13, 2014, but we still create a case for tweets or DMs in our direction.

By offering our customers an even more vocal role, we're doing "the right thing" by letting our clients choose yet another method of contact for their support…
