Recalculated eligibility for families who had special circumstances in the appeals process. Led the file review team as all appeals were coordinated to ensure equitable treatment. Coordinated outside scholarships with current aid packages to benefit students.

Primarily responsible for audits, Federal reports and IPEDS reporting. Served on multiple campus committees to represent the office and ensure the campus was in compliance with federal, state and institutional policies and regulations.

Supported new PeopleSoft Implementation by providing end user training for: Human Resources, Financial Management, Campus Solutions (Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, Bursar) modules.
Developed all training materials using Oracle UPK and other tools.
Conducted stand up training for small groups and individual instruction.

Financial aid consultant to multiple institutions, including large state institutions and independent colleges. Primary focus was with California State University (CSU) campuses due to knowledge of PeopleSoft and R2T4 processing. Worked extensively with CSU Long Beach, CSU San Marcos, CSU Sacramento, CSU Monterey Bay and CSU Fresno. Also supported University of La Verne and Irvine Valley College.

Student loan regional manager. Worked closely with colleges and universities in Southern California to promote Nelnet products and services. Conducted campus visits and seminars for students. Successfully increased Nelnet market share and met sales goals each year.
