“Katlyn was my peer, colleague and business partner at Charlotte Russe, where she oversaw Peek Kids. What immediately was evident was her sincere passion for the business, which she believed in so fully and brought a fresh and bold perspective! While there were many areas that we were driving digital transformation for, partnering with her would give such a kick to our team. There are some leaders who genuinely create an atmosphere which fosters collaboration, removes the fear of failure and inspires new thinking, she is truly one of those. Her vision to transform the Peek Kids business was amazing, from the omni strategy to driving a new way on digital, harnessing customer data to the full. One testament to her leadership is how her team thought about her and it was nothing short of the highest grade! She sincerely cared for her team and I get so inspired by leaders like that! We need more of that today! In closing, she is as genuine as they come, filled with relentless passion for the cause she believes in, cares for people around her and is by far one of the smartest leaders in her space.
