Purnell Street Sanitary Sewer Phase III
Oversee and inspect the replacement of aging wastewater infrastructure. Approve pay estimates. Contact business owners and residents about progress on the project. Resolve and troubleshoot unexpected problems.

The Purnell Street Improvements project took three independent projects and combined them into one. This project includes replacing the existing water and sanitary sewer lines, and adding a new storm drain system to reduce the risk of flooding. It will also replace all driveways and sidewalks along Purnell Street from Mill Street to Stemmons Freeway to make the area compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The asphalt portions of the street will be replaced with concrete to address…
