“I have had the pleasure of having Lillie on my team for 18 months as a Level 2 staff aug contractor. She has been a joy to have on my IDAM team, and if I had a permanent position for level 2 staff, I would hire her. We are moving to a managed services contract, and my contractor positions are being eliminated. Lillie has so many qualities that would benefit anyone looking for level 2 staff. She is polite and personable. She never gets flustered. She always has a smile on her face. She rarely requests time off and when she does, she almost feels guilty for asking for personal time. She provides exceptional customer service every single day. During her time at Hershey, she was exposed to a plethora of applications where she had to support users either asking for access or having issues authenticating to those applications. The list of applications include but are not limited to SailPoint (and data issues related to cubes), ServiceNow, SAP (180+ systems/clients), AD/EntraID, LDAP, and hundreds of applications that use Active Directory groups to align with security access. She worked extensively with users regarding Azure MFA enrollment, password synchronization, and more. Whenever Lillie had questions, she always asked, especially how to handle calls related to our list of applications, and she never had to ask again. She helped with updating our documentation, and made sure she understood each topic. Throughout her time here, many customers reached out to me to give Lillie praise for a job well done. She will be missed on our team, and I hope that her next assignment continues with the same level of excellence she demonstrates daily.”
