Domino's Carside Delivery is a new contactless carryout option that customers can choose when placing a prepaid online order, and it is now available in stores across the U.S. When customers place a prepaid digital carryout order, they'll see the option for Domino's Carside Delivery. Once they make that selection, they will be prompted to add their vehicle color, make and model, which will be used to identify them when they arrive at the store. Tapped by Domino's senior leadership to direct the design, lead the implementation, and promote the adoption of the first enterprise-wide online candidate application and tracking system (ATS) at all 5,000 U.S. Domino's Pizza locations, 19 supply chain centers, and world headquarters.

Directed restaurant operations of six Atlanta area corporate owned Domino's Pizza stores with over 100 employees that were in the process of being sold to a local franchisee. Increased average weekly unit sales (AWUS) and EBITDA for the portfolio of stores versus YTD and prior year results by setting realistic short term goals and expectations for existing employees, investing in facilities, and creating a more positive environment.

Over the course of approximately six years, I researched, designed, sourced, and implemented various alternative methods for Domino's product delivery to customers. Alternative vehicles included a fleet of fuel efficient vehicles in Las Vegas and other strategic locations around the country, mopeds, bicycles, and electric cars.

Managed the replacement of all existing point-of-sale hardware at more than 500 corporate owned Domino's stores. Existing hardware needed to be replaced with upgraded servers and thin-client devices for performance and security reasons. Worked within budget and timing constraints to implement. Leveraged field operational resources to install and configure hardware saving the company over $500,000 in installation costs.

Managed annual enterprise software upgrades of Domino's proprietary point-of-sale platform at all corporate owned pizza stores. Directed the implementation schedule, resourcing, and necessary training on new features to users of the platform.

Part of a cross-functional team tasked with implementing an applicant tracking system to all corporate owned Domino's Pizza stores, supply chain centers, and office recruiters. Managed the testing team and developed unit testing and UAT procedures. Lead training efforts which included train the trainer sessions and training materials creation.
