“Michelle was my direct Supervisor for over 2 years while I worked in the Marketing Department at SaintA. She was one of the more supportive bosses I've ever had and she made a point to check in with me weekly. During these weekly meetings we went over not only projects I was working on for SaintA (and Capitol West Academy), but she also took the time to check in on me as a person. I really felt like if I needed her help on something, I could easily talk to her about it. She also did a great job prioritizing which projects needed our department's attention while not forgetting the other ones that may have gotten bumped (momentarily). Another aspect of her job was communications and writing content, her copywriting skills made it very easy for me to provide compelling content on our website! It was a pleasure working for Michelle Sieg and I would happily recommend her for any promotions within SaintA or any opportunities outside of the organization!”
