    Visit Aurora is targeting patients who could benefit from specialty services offered at University of Colorado Hospital, Children’s Hospital Colorado, The Medical Center of Aurora and the Veterans Affairs Eastern Colorado Health Care System.That led to a 600 percent increase in web traffic to the page in 90 days and 300 new patient inquiries to facilities listed on the site, said Bob Durham, CEO of Market Staging Inc.

    ... The test case is a lung condition known as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or COPD. The University of Colorado Hospital happens to have a specialized COPD center, and its doctors are tops in the nation.

    "In addition to collaborative efforts with Denver Health, Signal has an ongoing partnership with Market Staging Incorporated (MSI). MSI is a private national health care consulting firm with extensive experience in the evaluation of health care programs and services, including numerous physical and behavioral health organizations. MSI will lead program evaluation and assessment. The evaluation will include both process and outcome evaluations. Results will be used to support continuous program improvements and the achievement of a sustainable program model. MSI is uniquely qualified to work perform complex statistical analyses based on cost-effective business intelligence data mining techniques. The MSI Helix™ platform is a tool/statistical analysis package extensively used to provide outcome results for a variety of health care disciplines. The Helix platform uses population-based, risk adjustment technologies to identify solutions that target improvement and development opportunities. MSI has been delivering similar performance improvement, cost assessment analysis, and statistical services for national, regional and state level stakeholders since 1999.
