At Berkman, with Global Voices, and in her work in academia in Hong Kong, she has proven to be a tireless proactive force for positive change in the Chinese Internet. Although our opinions may sometimes diverge I've alwasy trusted that her strong commitment to her values is tempered with a fundamental pragmatism, and I've never known her to be dogmatic. She is a thorough, thoughtful, and powerful writer and well deserves the influence she's found in the Chinese blogosphere. Plus, she's super dope cool and fun to hang out with!”
