    Conducted a research study by interviewing participants between the ages of 18-21 residing in the Bay Area who have been personally victimized, or had a close loved one be a victim of teen partner violence. The aim of this study was to explore the long-term externalities associated with teen partner violence on its victims, as well as to study legislation and services available and analyze their effectiveness

They also received physical copies of the report which included all relevant findings, as well as recommendations for how to go about solving the issues the study found.

    Conducted a research study analyzing the effects of domestic violence on immigrant populations in the United States, explored existing solutions and tested their effectiveness by shadowing a social worker in their field for 2 months, as well as volunteering at a non-profit that works specifically with immigrant victims of gender-based violences(Tahirih Justice Center). The findings were presented to a panel of six administrators, as well as to mentors of this project.
