    Arts and Culture

    The Open Eye Theater was founded by Joseph Campbell and Jean Erdman. It is dedicated to exploring archetypal characters and situations and draws from all arts forms to express it. The theater's mission is to provide diverse audiences in Margaretville and the surrounding Catskill Mountain communities (as well as weekenders from NYC) quality live theater productions, and professional theater training. I've been on the Board since Jan. 1993.
