Crowdsource success! Having hosted over 250 virtual sessions for busy leaders, I've experimented (and learned) a lot. How do you promote a growth mindset and a continuous learning culture in your team and yourself?
Ladder up goals to show your staff how their work impacts the team, the organization, its customers, and the world and connect their WHAT to the WHY. Today's workforce wants to make an impact and be part of something greater than themselves. Bake in frequent checkpoints to celebrate progress, remove obstacles, and realign effort as priorities change (and they will). When possible, find a platform to share the big picture and acknowledge how individual efforts helped achieve bigger goals. And even better, ask internal partners and external customers to share their experience in the form of stories and bring wins to life.
