“Tal is intense, patient, and extremely competent. He cares deeply about security and finds creative ways to improve the organization's security stance. He works tirelessly and relentlessly on unglamorous things without complaint. My favorite thing about Tal is his ability to deal with challenging situations gracefully. I've seen this multiple times when dealing with unreasonable customers or vendors; he is able to say just the right thing to deescalate a problem and move both sides forward to a resolution. I've seen this ability of Tal's most acutely when working together as partners. I am not always the most reasonable or calm person and Tal consistently found ways to help me make the right decision without my feeling threatened or dismissed. I would love to work with Tal again.”
