“I hired Tony back in 2013 to manage the implementation of a software application. I quickly realized that Tony brought much more to the table. Within 6-months, I promoted him to Director of Accounting in charge of our back-office operations and the IT department. He was a major contributor for the next 3 years when MVP experienced substantial growth and expansion. He built a quality team, optimized our business processes and installed additional software applications. In 2017, the owner and I promoted Tony to an Executive position where he led our front-office operations, risk management and business development divisions. Throughout his tenure with MVP, Tony conducted himself in a professional manner which earned him high respect within the organization and from me. His accounting, financial analysis and project management skills are outstanding. He is a leader that knows how to develop and motivate a team. He has exceptional oral and written communication skills and always keeps the best interest of the business in mind. ”
