  • [HackUVA 2018] 2nd Place - Best Hack Using SAP Solutions

    At HackUVA 2018, my team's project Hey Midi! won 2nd place for Best Hack Using SAP Solutions.
    Specifically, Hey Midi is a gesture-based instrument that uses the Leap Motion to translate hand movements in a 3D space into MIDI signals. We hosted our web frontend using the SAP Cloud Platform.

    At HackUVA 2018, my team's project Hey Midi! won the award for Best Converstional UI.
    Specifically, Hey Midi is a gesture-based instrument that uses the Leap Motion to translate hand movements in a 3D space into MIDI signals. We used the Sphinx4 Speech Recognition API to incorporate voice commands into our app so that interaction can be purely keyboard-free.
