You’re a patient advocacy professional. How can you build relationships that last?
There's an interpersonal part to this question and an organizational part. On the interpersonal side, I think it's about being supportive and helpful in each interaction. From an organizational perspective, this can be more difficult as organizational partnerships/commitments might change. It might be down to making sure your relationship footprint is more extensive with an organization. Sometimes organizations just really shift their focus significantly, and you might find yourself finding better alignment with other partnerships instead.

You're searching for the best patient advocacy software. How do you choose the right one?
In my experience, you want to align your software solution with your key milestones. Work together to align on key anticipated challenges/risks up front. Having an opt out process is a good way to make sure you don't overcommit to the wrong strategy too.

How can you build consensus among patient advocates with differing opinions?
I've found that it's important to make sure you're doing everything you can to give space to each patient / patient advocacy voice. If people have different perspectives on the solution, it can often be a sign that you've moved beyond people's needs too quickly. Get under the surface a bit more. It may take some patient (no pun intended) facilitation work to get there. If 100% consensus isn't meant to be, you should at least find better trust and alignment with this approach.
