Summary: ServiceNet is an innovative mental health and human services agency that employs 1,600 staff members in more than 100 programs across western Massachusetts – all of whom are working together to help people live their lives to the fullest. We are looking for a skilled, super detail oriented fiscal professional to join our growing team. .

Responsibilities:

• Manage Accounts Payable functions, from processing check requests and check runs, to creating reports and reconciling accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for AP issues and questions.
• Contribute to building team spirit and performance within the department.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with other administrative departments, program staff, vendors, and others.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in accounting and/or at least two years of relevant experience.
• Solid working knowledge of bookkeeping and budget processes.
• Fluent with various computer applications, including Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
