Job Description

ENV Services a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services for the health care, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team. This position is located in the Naples, FL location and is required to report to the office, Monday- Friday 8AM - 5PM, no remote work available.

Responsibilities:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be working within and supporting the Sales team and providing customer satisfaction to current and potential customers. Will handle quoting services to existing and new customers, make recommendations for new opportunities, develop a database of leads and referrals, will help with pricing and proposals. Demonstrates continuous improvement in communication skills with both the internal associates and external customers in addition to developing problem solving skills. Consistently identifying and building effective network with other professionals to maximize revenue and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Exemption Status: Hourly. No commission.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years’ experience in customer service preferred.
• Basic Computer Skills – must be able to use different programs such as Microsoft office, Outlook, and the use of spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred, but not required.
• Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills – must be able to communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional manner that represents the quality of ENV Services.
