Affiliate Administrative Assistant

Anderson Advisors seeks to welcome an Administrative Assistant to join our Affiliate team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of our affiliate partnerships. As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our affiliate team, ensuring smooth operations and fostering strong relationships with our valued affiliates. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy go-getter who is not afraid to apply critical thinking skills to Affiliate relationship management tasks.

Starting pay from $21.00 - $24.00/hour paired with a generous PTO allowance and full benefits provided at no cost.


Job Duties:

  • Calendar management; scheduling and rescheduling meetings, calls, and appointments with Affiliates as needed
  • Prepare meeting agendas as well as meeting notes and action items
  • Live and online event planning and preparation where every detail contributes to success
  • Nurturing and strengthening connections with valued Affiliates through personalized and impactful communication, driving substantial revenue growth.
  • Communicate with Affiliates via phone, video calls, and email to improve and develop impactful relationships with a direct impact on revenue for the business
  • Prepare and/or edit documents in Google Docs, Sheets, or Slides with proficiency and accuracy
  • Work with Salesforce CRM system to access information and assist with reports that drive informed decision-making
  • Work with other members of the Affiliate team, as needed, to complete assigned tasks
  • Adapting with agility to evolving priorities and guidelines, always ready to tackle new challenges and contribute to team success.


Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional environment
  • Experience working with Salesforce, specifically reporting within Salesforce, is a plus
  • Proficiency with G Suites (including GMail, Slides, Docs and Sheets)
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete work in a timely manner with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Be punctual, reliable and eager to learn
  • Professional phone manners and email etiquette are a must.
  • Strong written and verbal skills are a must, and impeccable spelling and grammar are expected.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up
  • Self-motivated, independent thinker who likes to learn and learn fast
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Project management experience, including use of Trello, is a plus.
