The Goal of the Agency Relationship Manager is to understand the agencies’ needs and figure out how they can continue to improve their offerings to make you better.
What You’ll Do
Work with our Customer Experience and Marketing teams to Increase written premium by qualifying retail agents to identify areas of opportunity and/or increase monthly active user activity through outreach campaigns, product education, webinars and partnering in large account initiatives.
Support new and existing retail agents with appetite training, platform training, and communicating new releases.
Provide feedback from agents to our Product and Engineering teams to improve capabilities and the agency experience.
What We Need:
3+ years of experience in the commercial P&C E&S space with nationally recognized insurance carriers, intermediaries, or brokerages.
Track record of building and maintaining strategic retail agent partnerships.
Direct experience within the MGA, Programs, or E&S Binding authority space is a plus.
