Your Role

The Analyst, Site & App Content Strategy is responsible for driving growth through cohesive messaging brought to life across brand touchpoints within the site and app channels. The ability to develop strong cross-functional relationships and utilize insights to influence others are critical to this role’s success. The Analyst will work cross-functionally to understand PINK and megabrand product and promotional priorities while also building out messaging priorities through the filter of a customer-first mindset. The role will also support growth of the total digital and app channels through strategic planning, data driven insights and a view to enhance the customer experience. This role is a mix of digital merchandising, content strategy, analytics, and creative problem solving.

Your Impact

  • Support ideation and implementation of content strategies for key launches and marketing initiatives in order to drive profitable business growth and build strong brand equity
  • Oversee the content planning and execution of brand initiatives brought to life in Victoria’s Secret PINK site & app channels
    • Partner with digital merchandising, production and creative teams to flow through daily business now changes designed to optimize business performance in the moment
    • Analyze homepage & app performance inclusive of click through rate, heatmaps, financial impact to drive optimization on a daily basis
    • Partner with creative and copy teams to advance cross category story-telling and effectively balance promotional moments with product newness
    • Identify opportunities to drive app file growth through acquisition initiatives
    • Proof site and app creative for product and content accuracy
    • Manage calendarization of content, in addition to content and offer changes
    • Recommend opportunities for innovative content messaging.
    • Create deliverables for senior leadership strategy and launch reviews as well as content reporting and performance
    • Support planning and execution of A/B content tests in partnership with site execution teams and apply learnings to content
    • Work cross-functionally with other marketing channels to align on content plans
  • Act as the liaison between PR, copy, creative and cross functional marketing teams to confirm alignment and ensure approvals
  • Manage execution of project plans and deadlines to achieve all content objectives on time and anticipate and resolve potential problems/issues
  • Monitor trends in competitive and consumer landscape to identify brand advancement opportunities

Minimum Salary: $67,000.00

Maximum Salary: $86,100.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Digital Merchandising
  • 3-5 years in progressive consumer marketing or Digital Merchandising positions for strong brand, with a proven track record in development/execution of developing and leading strategic marketing plans
  • Strategic, analytical and creative thinker that focuses on results
  • Deep understanding of the digital landscape and how site and app strategically fits into the customer journey
  • Ability to integrate information across a variety of sources and translate it into an effective strategy
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and welcome change as it is presented
  • Extensive experience working in teams and managing internal cross-functional as well as external partners (i.e. agencies)
  • Retail/Fashion digital merchandising/marketing a plus
