Job Description:

As an Associate Media Buyer, you'll build strong relationships with media partners and create compelling media plans under the guidance of our strategic experts. You'll place media buys and ensure they reach the right audience, maintaining detailed oversight on specifications, reporting, budgeting, and performance. Your excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills will be key to your success. This position is very heavy traditional media including trade publication management, event management negotiation, etc.


What you’ll do:

  • Develop strategic media plans with the help of our media team.
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize primarily traditional media plans.
  • Negotiate ad space with media outlets.
  • Act as the liaison between clients and media partners including those involved in meetings and conventions, social events, conferences and more.
  • Maintain client-facing media plans, budgets, specifications, and calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely reporting to clients.
  • Manage and monitor client budgets related to media plans.


What you’ll bring:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of media buying/planning experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for collaboration.
  • Ability to interpret and explain data.
  • Enjoy troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
  • Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
  • Experience with traditional media buying preferred


Software Experience Required:

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
