As a Business Associate in Customer Success, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our innovative AI solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise and self-service customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, addressing their needs, and ensuring their continued satisfaction with our products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about helping clients achieve their business goals with our cutting-edge technology.


The Position:

Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our AI platform. Provide training sessions, tutorials, and documentation to facilitate a smooth transition.

Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to understand their needs, address any issues, and ensure they are getting the most out of our product.

Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues. Work closely with the support and technical teams to resolve any problems promptly and efficiently.

Product Expertise: Deep understanding of our product platform to maximize customer success implementation and prevention of churn.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, usage patterns, and opportunities for further engagement. Provide actionable insights to help customers maximize their ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to relay customer feedback, suggest product improvements, and contribute to the development of new features or solutions.

Customer Advocacy: Act as an advocate for the customer within the company, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met. Help shape the overall customer experience by sharing insights and suggestions for improvement.

Innovation: Bring new ideas and strategies to enhance the customer experience and improve the efficiency of customer success operations.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or STEM related major highly preferred
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry. Previous experience in customer success or account management is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Proficient in problem-solving and managing customer expectations.
  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Work Location: This role requires in-person attendance at our Needham, MA office. We value face-to-face interactions to maintain our collaborative culture.
