Business Systems Analyst - MSSQL, BI, Database Design skills

We are a strong, stable organization looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is a combination of Business Analysis, Systems integration and database design. You will work closely with the business as their champion and then work directly with our development team and our vendors. This is a hands-on role, utilizing your SQL technology skills and looking for someone who pro-actively wants to help us take technology to the next level for our company!

You must have strong MSSQL, SQL skills and understand how to move data around and transform the data experience. We are also looking for someone who would like to be in a small company and a "jack of all trades", helping the technology team wherever needed! You will work with development tools, SQL, the data warehouse, the ERP, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Salesforce and just keep learning and keep expanding your skills!!!

What You Will Be Doing

• Working closely with the business to understand their needs
• Work closely with vendors' development teams to build solutions and integrate with other applications
• Own all systems solutions, applications as the single point of contact within the organization for the business stakeholders
• Utilize SQL to dig into data for any issue resolution, move data around and even building a database
• Hands on technical skills to work with/tweak/own our vendor applications post implementation
• Own all levels of project management, project coordination and communication for those applications
  
  

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of business analysis and SQL development skills
• Experience working with vendors and their applications, integrating them within an organization and across other systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• MSSQL/SQL skills to work with data is required, designing and building databases
• Basic programming skills in any language

• Experience with Salesforce.com
• Experience with Qlik Sense (BI tool)
• Experience with Rental4000
• Burst, Tableau
• Accounting systems
• Experience in the leasing industry, specifically tracking and billing experience
  
  

What's In It for You

We offer a base of $110,000 to $130,000 depending on experience, 15% bonus and benefits in a stable organization!
