Job Title: Chat Support and Video Content Specialist

Location: Jackson Heights, New York

Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service via live chat on social media.

- Create, edit, and upload engaging videos on TikTok and Instagram Reels.

- Monitor and respond to comments and messages.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer service, preferably retail.

- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Creative and independent worker.

- Passion for jewellery and fashion is a plus.
