Job Description
Position Summary:
Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera customers to educate Physicians and Staff on Cutera devices. Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.

South Central Region (Dallas, TX)

Position Requirements:
Cutera expects to reasonably pay in the range listed below for this position based on the city and state listed in the job posting:
Annual base salary: $90,000 - $110,000
The actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, and candidate residence if the position is remote or field-based. We reserve the option to pay above this range for exemplary experience or higher education.

Job Description
Position Summary:
Conduct on-site clinical training for Cutera customers to educate Physicians and Staff on Cutera devices. Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site clinical training at Cutera provider offices on the safe and effective use of their Cutera devices.
- Extensive travel (approximately 80%) including multi-day trips.
- Provide customer, sales representative, distributor and clinical trainer support via phone, email and personalized webinars.
- Provide clinical support to sales representatives at customer sales demos and marketing events.
- Assist in the development of training materials for all aspects of Cutera training needs including end users, Cutera clinical trainers, sales representatives, and distributors.
- Support customer educational events to provide onsite demonstrations, answer clinical questions and provide general clinical support.
- Assist in the delivery of the train the trainer program, conducting and presenting at training seminars.
Position Requirements:
- RN, NP, PA or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an aesthetic office treating a variety of dermatological indications such as hair removal, vascular, photo rejuvenation, acne, tattoo removal, body contouring, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience treating with aesthetic lasers
- Experience training medical staff on similar medical devices highly preferred
- Experience with travel-based fieldwork highly preferred
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Strong written and spoken interpersonal, communication, and training skills
