Corporate Associate

We are currently seeking a talented Mid-Level Associate with 4-6 years of experience to join our client’s esteemed Corporate Finance team. They are an exceptional top 100 AM firm with a wide array of corporate, litigation, and regulatory practices.

Our client is currently seeking to fill this position in multiple locations across the country on a hybrid basis.

Locations: New York; Florham Park, NJ; Philadelphia, Washington D.C.; Indianapolis; Fort Wayne; Chicago; Minneapolis; Denver.

The Role

• Joining our client’s Corporate practice group, you will provide a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions.

About You

• Must be licenses and admitted to practice in one of the above locations.
• 4 to 6 years’ experience in corporate finance and/or working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions, including loan originations and real estate is preferred.
• You must have experience in drafting loan, security, intercreditor and related documents.
• You must have experience advising on covenant compliance.
• Experience in leading due diligence teams and managing specialists is also required.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Ability to produce well-written document drafts.
• A stellar academic background.

Benefits

• Starting salary of $180,000 - $305,000 dependant on experience and office location.
• Hybrid basis with only 2 days in-office a week.
