Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in executive compensation with a focus on Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Engage in work related to the executive compensation/benefits components of Private Equity/M&A deals.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
• Draft, review, and negotiate related documents.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of executive compensation experience, specifically in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Strong interest in executive compensation/benefits in Private Equity/M&A deals.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills.
• Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you intend to practice.
