Role Overview
We're seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Tech Co-Founder with a passion for cutting-edge technology and a knack for building robust, scalable platforms. This role is perfect for a visionary leader who can architect and drive the development of our identity and document verification solution.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of our identity and document verification platform.
Technology Strategy: Define and implement the technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Leadership: Build and manage a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Product Vision: Collaborate with the founding team to refine the product vision and align it with market needs.
Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced technologies like AI, machine learning, and blockchain for enhanced verification processes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the platform meets high standards of performance, security, and usability.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key technical liaison with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure the platform's compliance with relevant standards and laws.
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise: Proven experience in software development, preferably in identity verification, cybersecurity, or a related field.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in leading and managing a technical team.
Full-Stack Knowledge: Strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, APIs, and cloud services.
Innovation Mindset: Ability to think strategically and innovate with a focus on solving complex problems.
Startup Experience: Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable.
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
