As the Desktop Support Manager, you will lead and help develop the IT Support team.

Desktop Support Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Manager to join their team!
As the Desktop Support Manager, you will lead and help develop the IT Support team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 9 desktop support technicians.
- Coordinate with external vendors for procurement.
- Maintain an inventory of desktop equipment and software licenses.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and deletion of user identities.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Strong technical knowledge of desktop operating systems, software applications, networking principles, and hardware components
- Experience with asset management tools, ticketing systems, identity management, incident management and change management, PowerShell scripting, and SCCM
