Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Enrollment Management. The Director of Enrollment Management will be responsible for strategic enrollment management, including budgeting, strategic planning, and research. They will collaborate with the admissions team to develop enrollment strategies and processes, execute recruitment events and activities, manage the admissions application process, and track and analyze enrollment data. The Director of Enrollment Management will also communicate with prospective families and represent the school at various events.
Qualifications
Experience in enrollment management
Strong knowledge of strategic enrollment management practices
Experience with budgeting and financial aid
Ability to develop and implement strategic enrollment plans
Excellent research and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Experience in educational administration or related field
Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in education or related field preferred
