The Downtown School is an independent, co-educational high school located near Seattle Center. Founded in 2018 by Lakeside School, The Downtown School offers a high-quality academic education to a diverse body of academically talented students. The Downtown School is affiliated with Lakeside School, a national leader in independent school education. At full enrollment, the school will serve 160 students in grades 9-12. Tuition for the 2019-2020 school year is $18,200, and financial aid is available.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Enrollment Management. The Director of Enrollment Management will be responsible for strategic enrollment management, including budgeting, strategic planning, and research. They will collaborate with the admissions team to develop enrollment strategies and processes, execute recruitment events and activities, manage the admissions application process, and track and analyze enrollment data. The Director of Enrollment Management will also communicate with prospective families and represent the school at various events.

• Strong knowledge of strategic enrollment management practices
• Experience with budgeting and financial aid
• Ability to develop and implement strategic enrollment plans
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Experience in educational administration or related field
• Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in education or related field preferred
