Forsyth Barnes are currently working with a leading agency who are working with leading DTC brands and are looking for a Director of Growth Strategy, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive growth strategy that drives D2C customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while maximizing ROI for their clients.

Director of Growth Strategy - Responsibilities:
Drive strategy and execution for all paid media channels including (but not limited to) social, search, display, audio, affiliate, direct mail, and TV.
Measure, test and optimize campaign performance, leveraging first-party and third-party data to identify opportunities for the client and new opportunities for growth.
Build, manage, and develop the Growth Marketing team.
Support the clients ecommerce businesses and drive brand growth through digital marketing.
Manage approach to budget, performance forecasting and channel-level planning.
Present campaign pitches, performance recaps and learnings to senior leadership.
Forecast weekly/monthly performance KPIs and budgets including demand and customer growth.
Director of Growth Strategy - Required Skills/Experience:
Experience building growth marketing strategies.
Deep experience with core channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube).
Experience Managing and upscaling a team.
Must have experience working for a marketing agency. (Focus on DTC Clients)
