Our client hospital, one of the nation's leading teaching hospitals and premier Level I Trauma Centers, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director of Dialysis to join their dedicated team. This leadership position plays a pivotal role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the Dialysis Unit. As the Executive Director you will lead a team of healthcare professionals, manage department budgets, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff performance.


What you will do:


• Provides administrative and clinical direction and supervision for the dialysis service line to include renal clinic, inpatient adult and pediatric acutes program, all outpatient adult hemodialysis clinics, adult and pediatric home dialysis modalities and the jail dialysis services.

• Works with the Medical Director(s) to plan, organize, supervise, evaluate and administer activities of the various dialysis programs.

• Promotes the Health System Customer Relation’s policy.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and support staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

• Monitor patient care metrics and quality indicators to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Foster an environment of professional growth and ongoing education for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Oversee the performance evaluation process, providing constructive feedback and recognizing exceptional performance.

• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the organization's strategic planning initiatives.


What you have:


• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

• Current unrestricted RN license in the state.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in Dialysis Services - both inpatient and outpatient.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse group of healthcare professionals.
