What You’ll Do…

The Director of Revenue Marketing focuses on generating awareness, qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue from named accounts and industry-specific enterprises. Using integrated marketing strategies, you will attract new customers and drive customer cross-selling and upselling campaigns. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will develop and implement ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts in key US markets and industries.

In this role, you will create multi-channel, personalized marketing campaigns, leveraging customer data, intent targeting, and custom audiences. Attracting potential customers by providing targeted and consistent messaging, valuable content, and nurture streams, you will engage with named accounts and contacts. You will create highly-targeted, relevant marketing messages and own the effectiveness, measurement, and ROI of ABM and integrated marketing campaigns.

You will deliver cohesive go-to-market strategies and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search, content marketing, and events. Optimizing lead generation processes to maximize conversion rates from key accounts, you will develop, implement, and manage nurture programs to move prospects through the sales funnel and manage marketing automation and CRM tools to measure lead progression. You will mentor a team of marketing professionals in ABM and demand generation, foster a data-driven culture, and measure the effectiveness of revenue marketing programs.

How You’ll Do It…

  • Develop and implement comprehensive revenue marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and product teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search-engine marketing, content marketing, and events.
  • Optimize lead generation processes to maximize conversion rates and marketing ROI.
  • Design and execute ABM programs targeting high-value accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align ABM efforts with sales goals and strategies.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and measure lead progression and conversion.
  • Partner closely with our GTM teams to create one, unified revenue generation motion.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals around ABM and demand generation.
  • Foster a data-driven culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Measure KPIs and metrics to track the effectiveness of revenue marketing programs.
  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and ROI to senior leadership.

What Past Experience and Current Skills Will Enable Your Success In This Role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation marketing, with at least 5 years in a role focused on enterprise ABM and demand capture within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of owning targets and driving revenue growth through effective marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, ABM, and marketing automation tools, esp. Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration and mentoring abilities.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves way of working.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within HR tech solutions or B2B SaaS companies.
  • Strong understanding of the global mobility industry and trends or HR tech solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and optimize marketing spend.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional teams and managing external vendors.
