We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Management Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support and assist with the intake process for complaints received via various channels.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Conduct administrative tasks related to intake for complaints received via mail, fax, or email, including assistance with printing and mailing complaint packages and closure letters.
Perform routine office functions with minimal supervision and proficiency in various computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Participate in the receipt and triage of new complaints, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and rules.
Demonstrate excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team or independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience at the GS-5 level or higher in the Federal Government.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
