Drupal Developer

We are seeking a skilled Drupal Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building and maintaining Drupal-based websites, with proficiency in both back-end and front-end development. As a Drupal Developer at PINE Philly, you will be responsible for creating custom modules, theming, and implementing complex integrations that align with our clients’ goals. You will work closely with our design, strategy, and project management teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain custom Drupal modules and themes for Drupal 7 and Drupal 10.
• Collaborate with designers and UX experts to implement responsive, accessible, and high-performance front-end solutions.
• Work with the project management team to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure all code meets quality standards, is well-documented, and follows best practices.
• Implement and manage content workflows, permissions, and user roles within Drupal.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Drupal sites for performance and security.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs into Drupal-based applications.
• Migrate content and functionality from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Drupal development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Drupal Developer, with a strong portfolio of Drupal sites, including work with Drupal 7 and Drupal 10.
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Extensive experience with Drupal 7, Drupal 8/9, and Drupal 10, including custom module development and theming.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git preferred).
• Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
• Experience with Drupal’s multi-site architecture and multisite configuration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
