e-Billing Coordinator
Responsibilities
Kforce's client, a global legal services company headquartered in New York, NY is seeking an e-Billing Coordinator. The schedule is hybrid, and the benefit package is outstanding. Duties will include:

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

- Liaison between the firm, the client, and the e-billing vendor
- Communication with all stakeholders
- Document e-billing process for clients
- Submit e-bills
- Review e-bills for compliance and fix errors
- Improve process, workflow, and productivity
- Develop policies and procedures
- Keep a record of timekeepers
- Collaborate with clients and attorneys
- Collaborate with collection department
- Bachelor's degree
- Over 2 years of experience
- e-Billing experience
- Experience in professional services
- Experience in legal industry a plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
